Not only getting the right piece of equipment is essential towards getting the perfect shots, but getting the right piece of equipment at the right time is also the most important tip. Here are some of the things that i use throughout my daily shoots and trips.

The 4 main equipment that I always have with me for most of my photos and videos are my Canon 6D, Tripod, DJI Osmo+, and my DJI Mavic Air. Through these equipment, it gives me perfect control to shoot smooth and still shots, yet not compromising my shot qualities. The most recent investment that I have purchased into my armada is obviously the brand new DJI Mavic Air that was released back in 2018 Late January. Honestly, getting a drone has always been one of my goals, but the price tag and its capabilities had never seemed to impressed me. Initially, the DJI Mavic Pro was obviously the only competitive drone in the market with a great price and quality. However, based on the activities that i do, I have never imagined myself flying the DJI Mavic Pro because it was still a bulky, and complicated piece of tech. Moving forward, the DJI Spark then was released, but its obvious drawbacks were the unfoldable wings and the limited camera quality. Hence, this concludes why I had made the decision to purchase the DJI Mavic Air. It is cheaper than the Mavic Pro, smaller, and still it has almost the same capabilities that the Pro is able to perform.

Moving forward, as a student, budget has always been tight for me as well and there are things that we can save on and some that we just can't. The Canon 6D has been the choice of my camera due to its reasonable price tech, and the awesome capabilities that it can handle. Obviously, i do not want to be a fan boy here praising how well this camera is built, but facts are facts and the Canon 6D's best selling point was its full frame sensor. This gives me the opportunity to capture pictures at a wide range, yet not compromising any image quality.

However, as i have mentioned that there are things that we can save on photography too, and my tripod is the absolute valued purchase. We all know that there are many famous tripod brands out there such as manfrotto which would cost you 200 dollars and above to do the same job, but what i have here in my bag is a 70 dollar tripod which i managed to purchase through amazon. It is called a ranger tripod which gives me the exact same functionalities and capabilities to perform compared to expensive tripods.

Furthermore, the DJI Osmo+ had been one of my first purchases from DJI and it is a handheld gimbal that allows me to capture stunning images and videos at 4K resolution. I know you must be wondering why the DJI Osmo+ and not the drone? Well, although both tech has gimbals installed in it, but a DJI Osmo+ is a carefree product that you could control without worrying about destroying it. I don't see how a person could eventually destroy their DJI Osmo+, unless we're talking about trashing it.

Conclusion, these 4 equipment that i carry along is a must have for any photographer or videographer if you want to make life simple yet not compromising any image quality.
